I got this error in windows,

I have uninstalled Norton as guided by a forum,

But that didn't work out,

Some Forum said the problem may be due to "Nero Scout Process" & stop the Process,

But in my processes list Nero Was there!

Finally did this,

Just go Start>>Run and type services.msc
Then stop & disable NMIndexingService.
